A glance at the picture provided reveals the process by which bricks are produced for the industry of construction
It is apparent from the data supplied that there are seven steps which are involeved in the process, starting from digging clay from underground to delivering finished products to customers.
One particularly interesting fact highlighted by the picture is that prior to the actual process, it is necessary to dig clay from underground. Next, clay is placed on metal grid containing roller to find out the best sand. Then, clay is compounded with sand and water. The teeming of bricks after that can be shaped in two methods, either using wire cutter or placing the mixture into the mould.

With regard to the following steps, a wide range of bricks is placed into drying oven for at least one day and maximum of two days in order to dry. The number of bricks is then transferred into the kiln to heat with the moderate temperature at 200 ˚C to 980 ˚C. After that, the temperature is increased at 870 ˚C to 1300 ˚C. Next, bricks are placed into the cooling champer for at least two days and maximum of three days before being packed. Finally, the finished products are delivered to customers by truck or lorry.
